White-label questions
What does white-label mean on ClientDesk?
Your clients see your brand, not ClientDesk's. Pro removes the 'Powered by ClientDesk' footer from the portal. Business lets you use your own domain (e.g., portal.yoursite.com) so ClientDesk doesn't appear anywhere.
Which plan removes ClientDesk branding?
Pro ($12/mo) removes 'Powered by ClientDesk' from the portal footer. Business ($29/mo) adds a custom domain on top of that.
Does the Business plan include a custom domain?
Yes. With Business you can point any domain or subdomain you own at your portal. Setup takes a few minutes and a DNS record change at your domain registrar.
Can my clients tell they're using ClientDesk?
On Free, there's a small 'Powered by ClientDesk' footer. On Pro and Business, that's gone. On Business with a custom domain, there's no ClientDesk branding anywhere in the client experience.
Can I use my own email domain for client notifications?
Not currently. Notification emails come from support@client-desk.io regardless of plan. Custom email domains are on the product roadmap.
How do I set up white-label branding?
Go to Settings > Portal Branding. Upload your logo and pick your brand colors on any plan. Enable white-label (removes ClientDesk branding) on Pro or above. Changes apply immediately.
